Sharpen your photography skills with photographer Amy Davis, author of Flickering Treasures: Rediscovering Baltimore’s Forgotten Movie Theaters, and get in-depth history of the theaters on U St NW with Robert K. Headley, co-author (with Pat Padua) of Movie Theaters of Washington, D.C. Explore the revival of the historic Howard and Lincoln theatres as well as the loss of other theaters along this dynamic urban corridor. Bring your smart phone or digital camera and snap away as you walk along the route. This program complements the exhibition Flickering Treasures: Rediscovering Baltimore’s Forgotten Movie Theaters. Admission pass to the exhibition is included in the registration fee. Rain date May 18.

$25 Member | $35 Non-member. Registration begins April 15 at 10 am by calling 202.272.2448 ext 3304 and will be assigned based on space availability. On-site registration is not available.
