Architecture of an Asylum: St. Elizabeths 1852-2017. Andrea Janusz, RA, Lord Aeck Sargent, Monica Pellegrino-Faix, executive director, The Richardson
Olmsted Complex, and Nathaniel C. Guest, Esq., executive director,
Colebrookdale Railroad Preservation Trust, examine the challenges and successes
of these adaptive reuse plans and the impact of public support on their
outcomes. This program complements the Museum’s exhibition Architecture of an Asylum: St. Elizabeths 1852-2017.
