In-person Program
What is the responsibility of industry leaders in increasing diversity and fostering equity within their field? With the formation of the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) task force in 2020, the American Institute of Architecture’s Large Firm Roundtable (LFRT), which represents roughly 70 of the AIA’s largest firms, began to grapple with this question. Join Jonathan Moody, CEO of Moody Nolan and co-chair of the LFRT JEDI task force, and a panel of his fellow committee members including Tony Rohr, National Managing Principal of Multistudio, Guy Geier, Managing Partner at FXCollaborative Architects LLP, Tim Carl, CEO and Design Principal at HGA and Wendy Rogers, CEO and Chief Talent Officer of LPA Design Studios as they discuss how a profession can inspire meaningful change within itself, moderated by Marnique Heath, Principal at STUDIOS Architecture.
