STEAM Saturday graphicSpend the second Saturday of each month learning through play with our STEAM Saturday activities! Participants can explore interactive, hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Math! Each activity inspired by our Brick City exhibition adds a new challenge to test your problem-solving skills.

The second Saturday of each month, families are invited to join the National Building Museum for STEAM activities related to our new Brick City exhibition. Each activity challenges children to think creatively and experimentally using principles of design thinking and engineering. From building with LEGO bricks to working with AI to plan a city, each child will solve problems large and small and come to a greater understanding of the built world around us.

STEAM Saturdays are targeted towards children in grades 2nd-6th and their caregivers and occur monthly on the second Saturday. Activities and themes subject to change.

FREE with museum admission, registration strongly encouraged.
