The District of Columbia is committed to a streetcar system to improve transit services and community building. Harriet Tregoning, director of the D.C. Office of Planning and Melissa Bird, Ward 6 neighborhood planner, present The Streetcar Land Use Study, which examines implementation issues along each proposed system corridor. 1.0 CM (AICP) / 1.0 LU HSW-SD (AIA) / 1.0 LA CES (ASLA)
