Small Stories: At Home in a Dollhouse Member Preview Day
National Building Museum

Members are invited to view the exhibition Small Stories: At Home in a Dollhouse before it opens to the public. The National Building Museum is the only US venue for this fascinating exhibition from London's Victoria & Albert Museum of Childhood. The dollhouses in Small Stories span 300 years, taking the visitor on a journey through the history of the home, everyday lives, and changing family relationships. 

Alice Sage, curator from the Victoria & Albert Museum of Childhood, leads two tours at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. Tour space is limited and requires an RSVP by Friday, May 13 to Danika Jensen at 202.272.2448, ext. 3456 or djensen@nbm.org. Please specify which tour you would like to attend.
