Bike Tour: RFK Campus

Ride with Susan Piedmont-Palladino, curator, as she leads a bike tour of the RFK stadium campus, highlighting current use, planned development, and ideas to improve the Anacostia watershed. Major redevelopment of the campus includes new public facilities, infrastructure improvements, open space, natural resources enhancements, and activation of the Anacostia waterfront corridor. Participants should be comfortable with street cycling. The Museum does not provide bikes or helmets.

$25 Museum Member | $35 Non-member. Registration begins April 16 by calling 202.272.2448 ext. 3304 during business hours, and will be assigned based on space availability. On-site registration is not available. 

The main entrance gate of Robert F Kennedy Memorial Stadium at East Capitol St NE. RFK was the first major stadium designed specifically as a multisport facility for both football and baseball and is the current home for Major League Soccer’s D.C. United.
