With a red brick and limestone exterior plan designed by David M. Schwarz Architectural Services, the facade echoes its historic neighbor, the Wardman Park Hotel. Michael Swartz with DMSAS leads a tour of this 283,000 square-foot building of 212 units, most of which include inset balconies or spacious terraces.
