Visit Arris, completed in 2016 at Washington's Navy Yard in The Yards neighborhood, and learn how the mix of floor plans, including micro-units, are offering more choice for housing in Washington, D.C. Sargent Gardiner, AIA, a principal with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, and Michael Odum, development associate with Forest City, lead a tour of the building, which combines brick, glass, and steel to reflect the former industrial site.
