Notch 8, named after the railroad term for “full speed ahead,” will be a 253-unit apartment community with a Giant grocery store and underground parking located at Potomac Yard in Alexandria, Virginia. Jim Woods with The JBG Companies, Ralph Bell with JBGR Retail, and Yildiz Duransoy with Torti Gallas and Partners lead a tour of the six-story, wood-framed building that includes a pool, bathhouse, party room, and green roof courtyard. The project is scheduled for completion this summer.
