Open Workshop: Living Spaces

This event has been cancelled. Ever wish you had
something to make your chores more fun? Or a hat that could feed you? At this open workshop, the Museum challenges you to design an invention that solves everyday problems or makes an everyday task more fun. Inspired by the Maker Space movement, your creation is only limited by your imagination. We’ll provide the tools and a variety of materials, you bring the creativity and ideas. Create products and prototypes to make an everyday task into something extraordinary. This is an open workshop with self-directed activities. Staff are on hand to provide idea prompts and assistance with tools and materials, but all children must be accompanied by an adult. Cost per child: $25 Non-member, $20 Member Ages 8 and up.
