Construction Watch Tour: John and Jill Ker Conway Residence

CWT_Conway-Residence.jpgThe John and Jill Ker Conway Residence, designed by DLR Group | Sorg , will offer a new beginning to some of the 500 homeless veterans in Washington, D.C. Michael Sigal and Johny Ramia with GCS|SIGAL lead a tour of this fourteen-story, 124-unit project, which features 60 units of permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless veterans, 47 units of affordable housing for tenants at or below 60% of Area Median Income, and 17 units of affordable housing for tenants at or below 30% of Area Median Income.

Open only to Museum members 18 years and older, $35. Members of The Corinthians and The Builders receive advance registration beginning October 19, by calling 202.272.2448 from 10 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday. General membership registration begins at 10 am on October 26, and will be assigned based on space availability. To upgrade your membership, please contact the Membership Office at 202.272.2448. Please note: most tours require extensive stair climbing. On-site registration is not available.
