Construction Watch Tour: Progression Place

 

Progression PlaceProgression Place, a mixed-use project in the Shaw section of Washington D.C. next to the newly reopened Howard Theatre, symbolizes the continuing renaissance of this historic neighborhood. Vanassa Simmons, project manager with DAVIS Construction, leads a tour of the 300,000-square-foot residential and office building designed by Devrouax + Purnell and Eric Colbert & Associates, which is seeking LEED® Gold certification. 2.0 LU HSW–SD (AIA)

Open only to Museum members, $35.

Members of The Corinthians, The Builders, and The Professional Circle receive advance registration beginning Monday, October 15, by calling 202.272.2448 from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

General membership registration begins at 10 am on Monday, October 22, and will be assigned based on space availability.
