Construction Watch Tour: Canal Park

 

Canal Park in Washington, D.C.’s Capitol Riverfront neighborhood features LEED®-certified dining pavilions and is a candidate for certification under the Sustainable Sites Initiative. Chris VanArsdale, executive director of the Canal Park Development Association, Brian Pilot, AIA, LEED® AP, with STUDIOS Architecture, and Roddy Jabin, project engineer with DAVIS Construction lead a tour of this new neighborhood park, built on the former Washington Canal. 2.0 LU HSW-SD (AIA) / 2.0 CM (AICP) / 2.0 LA CES (ASLA)

Open only to Museum members, $25. Members of The Corinthians, The Builders, and The Professional Circle receive advance registration beginning Monday, May 14, by calling 202.272.2448 from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

General membership registration begins at 10 am on Monday, May 21, and will be assigned based on space availability.
