Explore STABLE, a former horse stable for the Nabisco cookie company in D.C.'s Eckington neighborhood, which has been converted to 21 below market-rate, non-living studio spaces for visual artists. STABLE Co-founders Caitlin Teal Price, Tim Doud and Linn Meyers, along with Gregory Kearley, principal, Inscape Studio, show how the unique spatial needs of artists influenced the design of the studios and shared workroom within the century-old building.

Free for Members | $35 Non-member. Registration begins December 16 at 10 am by calling 202.272.2448 ext 3304 and will be assigned based on space availability. On-site registration is not available.

This program is supported by the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, which receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts.
