The construction of the New York Avenue Metro station catalyzed the development of condos, federal office buildings, and Class A commercial space which continues to expand and gain new residents. A panel explores ideas for connecting to adjacent neighborhoods, encouraging affordable housing and retail, and tackling challenges such as lack of green space. Panelists include:
