A talented craftsman relies on a variety of quality tools to turn wood, metal, and plaster into decorative elements. Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the Museum's antique tool collection that includes woodworking, sheet metal, and plaster work tools dating from the mid-19th through 20th centuries. The collection shows the evolution of hand tools over time, beginning with handmade tool chests, through the power tools of the early "do it yourself" movement.
