2013 Investigating Where We Live Exhibition Opening
Great Hall - West Court

IWWL participant photographs a new perspective in Shaw.

During the five weeks of Investigating Where We Live, local teens use digital photography, writing, and original artwork to explore, document, and interpret the built environment in Washington, D.C. With the help of the National Park Service and the Historical Society of Washington, the 2013 participants become the curators, selecting photos and writings that investigate the Shaw neighborhood and the importance of preserving the entire city’s shared history. Join us for a visual journey and discover a fresh perspective on this vital community. The exhibition, Investigating Where We Live: Recapturing Shaw's Legacy, is on view to the public through June 8, 2014.

Free. No registration required. Refreshments will be served.
