The historic O Street Market is undergoing restoration as the centerpiece of a mixed-use development covering two city blocks in Washington, D.C.’s Shaw neighborhood. Project manager Andrew Taylor, AIA, with Shalom Baranes Architects, leads a tour of this million-square-foot project, which includes apartment buildings, senior living residences, a hotel, and a Giant grocery store housed in the original market building. This tour is offered in celebration of National Historic Preservation Month.
