In her book, Flickering Treasures, author-photographer Amy Davis captures the opulent downtown movie palaces and eclectic neighborhood theaters - 72 in total - of Baltimore. She discusses the loss, change, and rebirth of these movie houses through engaging stories from acclaimed Baltimore filmmakers and reminiscences from moviegoers and theater personnel. Following the talk, Davis signs copies of her book.
