Trophy homes threaten Martha’s Vineyard, MA. When an enormous compound is built beside a fragile pond, a carpenter takes off his tool belt and picks up a camera.

Bumping up against angry homeowners and builders who look the other way, he works to pass a new bylaw to limit house size. The film screening is followed by a discussion with director Thomas Bena.

DIR Thomas Bena. USA, 2016, 90 min. NR.
