Construction Watch Tour: BLVD at Reston Station


Reston-Tower.jpgBLVD at Reston Station is a new mixed-use residential building located at the end of the Silver Line in Reston, Virginia. It includes 450 residential units and 9,000 square feet of retail and is a collaboration between Comstock (developer), Hickok Cole Architects (architecture and interior design), and DAVIS Construction (general contractor). Michael Hickok, FAIA and Todd Martin of Hickok Cole Architects lead a tour of the 875,000-square-foot project that features a façade of glass, precast concrete, and metal panels.

Open only to Museum members 18 years and older, $35. Members of The Corinthians and The Builders receive advance registration beginning August 24, by calling 202.272.2448 from 10 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday. General membership registration begins at 10 am on August 31, and will be assigned based on space availability. To upgrade your membership, please contact the Membership Office at 202.272.2448. Please note: most tours require extensive stair climbing. On-site registration is not available.
