BLVD at Reston Station is a new mixed-use residential building located at the end of the Silver Line in Reston, Virginia. It includes 450 residential units and 9,000 square feet of retail and is a collaboration between Comstock (developer), Hickok Cole Architects (architecture and interior design), and DAVIS Construction (general contractor). Michael Hickok, FAIA and Todd Martin of Hickok Cole Architects lead a tour of the 875,000-square-foot project that features a façade of glass, precast concrete, and metal panels.
