Frontera Project.PNGThe Frontera Project was created through a series of workshops which used the tools of theater to transform personal stories and experiences, as well as media narratives and cliches, into something lyrical, theatrical and new. This workshop will give people of all ages and backgrounds a chance to discover this process themselves. Through games, physical exercises and collaborative creation, participants will have the opportunity to explore and celebrate their own stories - in English or Spanish - and use their imaginations to shape those stories into art. Before the workshop, make sure to explore the National Building Museum's major exhibition The Wall/El Muro: What is a Border Wall? to examine the border wall from the perspective of architecture and design. The exhibition encourages visitors to be curious and engaged in the international conversation about the border.

The Frontera Project se creó a través de unaserie de talleres que utilizarondiversoslenguajesescénicos para transformarhistorias y experienciaspersonales, asícomonarrativas y clichés fronterizos, enunapiezateatral, nueva e interactiva.
