Tour 1331 Maryland, part of the Portals master plan, located at the intersection of Maryland Avenue and the 14th Street Bridge, in Washington, D.C.'s southwest neighborhood. Sargent Gardiner, AIA, partner, Robert A.M. Stern Architects; Holly Hull, managing director, Republic Properties Corporation; and Rick Lipscomb, Balfour Beatty, lead a tour of the project, which includes 373 residences for lease and upscale amenities including a roof top pool with views of the Tidal Basin, Lincoln Memorial, and the Capitol.

$25 Member | $35 Non-member. Registration opens June 11 by calling 202.272.2448 ext 3555 and will be assigned based on space availability. On-site registration is not available.
