Hive rendering by Studio GangHow does the Museum take on the challenge of building a 60-foot Hive in the Great Hall? Cathy Frankel, vice president for exhibitions and collections, leads a tour of the Hive installation to reveal how the concept was made into a reality, including the engineering and construction of over 2,700 paper tubes.

$10 Museum Member | $12 Non-member. Registration begins May 15 by calling 202.272.2448, ext. 3304 during business hours, and will be assigned based on space availability. On-site registration is not available.
