Join Hawah Kasat, co-founder and executive director of One Common Unity, film writer and director Charneice Fox, and original project participants (invited) for a screening and discussion about The MLK Streets Project documentary. In 2008, on the 40th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s assassination, a group of D.C. high school students set out on a tour of many of the boulevards named in honor of MLK across America to examine the progress of King’s dream for equity, civil rights, and improvements for urban communities.
