Martin Moeller, Jr., National Building Museum senior vice president and curator, explores the Washington that could have been by presenting architectural and urban design projects that were proposed but never executed. This lecture complements the exhibition Unbuilt Washington, which will be open for viewing before the lecture. 1.5 LU (AIA)
