School Field Trip Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the National Building Museum! If you are an educator looking to bring a group of school-age children to the museum, please fill out the following form. A staff person will be in contact within three (3) business days. Please note, we typically require 2 weeks notice for our "Engage" level of programming.

Discover (45 minute program): 3 Little Pig Cart (appropriate for grades preK - 1)
Discover (45 minute program): Bridge Cart (appropriate for grades 3 - 8)
Discover (45 minute program): Arches & Trusses Cart (appropriate for grades 3 - 8)
Engage (1.5-hour program): My House, My Home (appropriate for grades PreK - 1)
Engage (1.5-hour program): Patterns, Patterns Everywhere (appropriate for grades PreK - 1)
Engage (2-hour program): City By Design (appropriate for grades 1-6)

Field Is Required Preferred Date (PLEASE NOTE: museum exhibits are only open Thursdays, Fridays, and Mondays. Select trips can be scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
